Order Inspection (Important)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Any shortages, damages, or errors must be reported within 5 business days of receiving your order
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

Returns & Exchanges for Stock Items

Only in-stock (non-customized) items are eligible for returns or exchanges.

At our company, we stand behind the quality of our graduation products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us promptly.

Return Request Timeline

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery for full eligibility
  • Requests made:
    • Within 3 days: No penalty
    • After 3 days (up to 5 days): 15% deduction from product total
    • After 5 business days: Requests will not be accepted

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

⚠️ Opened merchandise will incur a 15% restocking fee


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 7 business days after inspection

A return form must be completed and included in your return package (provided after approval).


Custom Orders (Non-Returnable)

All customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Logo printing
  • Foil stamping
  • Embroidery
  • Any personalized graduation items

Order Accuracy Responsibility

Please carefully review all details before placing your order, including:

  • Spelling and grammar
  • Letter case (uppercase/lowercase)
  • Colors and sizes
  • Logo placement

Production & Changes

  • Custom orders cannot be modified once production begins
  • Design elements such as layout, sizing, and placement will be handled professionally unless otherwise specified

Artwork & Logo Usage

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Providing usable artwork files
    • Obtaining permission for logos or copyrighted materials
  • Additional fees may apply if:
    • Artwork requires cleanup or redesign

Proofing Policy (Certificates Only)

Proofs are only provided for fully customized certificates/diplomas.

Proof Process

  1. Order must be placed before proof creation
  2. One (1) round of revisions is included
  3. A final proof will be sent for approval

Additional Revisions

  • Additional proofs beyond the included revision: $10 per revision

  • Proof colors may vary due to screen settings and lighting
  • Diploma covers typically do not include proofs, except in special cases
