🔍 Order inspection

All orders must be inspected immediately upon delivery.
Any shortages, damages, or order errors must be reported within 5 business days of receipt.

📦 Stock items

Returns or exchanges are accepted only on stock items.

Request deadline Must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery
Late requests (3–5 days) Subject to a 15% restocking fee
After 5 business days Requests will not be accepted
Condition requirement Items must be unused and in original condition
📌 Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened merchandise.
📌 Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.

🎨 Custom orders

⚠️ All custom-made products are final sale.
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations will not be accepted once production has begun.

Customization terms

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details before submission, including spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, and artwork.
  • Diploma Cover Central is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Artwork cleanup, if required, may result in an additional fee.
  • Customers are responsible for securing permission for all logos or copyrighted materials used.

Proofs

  • Proofs are provided only for fully customized diplomas or certificates.
  • One (1) revision is included. Additional proofs will incur a $10 fee per revision.
  • Color variations may occur between digital proofs and final printed products.
